Making the most important journey accessible to every Muslim

HajjStation exists because millions of Muslims prepare for Umrah and Hajj with outdated PDFs, dense text articles, and anxiety about getting the rituals wrong. We built something we wished existed — a beautiful, interactive, completely free guide that walks you through every step with the reverence this journey deserves.

Who Built This

HajjStation was built by Color Blue Labs, a team of Muslim developers who grew up watching family members prepare for Umrah with stress and confusion. The content has been carefully compiled from authentic Hadith sources and reviewed against established Islamic scholarship. We are not scholars — we are Muslims who love this Deen and want to serve it.

Our Approach to Accuracy

All ritual guidance on HajjStation is based on the Quran and authentic Hadith — primarily from Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Every step in our interactive guides includes its Hadith reference so you can verify the source yourself. If you spot an error, please contact us immediately. Correcting an error is more beloved to us than leaving it uncorrected.

A Note on Scholarly Differences

There are four main schools of Islamic jurisprudence — Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali — and they differ on some minor aspects of Hajj and Umrah. Where differences exist, we present the most widely accepted position. If you follow a specific madhab, we encourage you to verify the rulings with a scholar of that school.

Our Promise

  • This guide will always be free
  • We will never compromise content accuracy for SEO or ad revenue
  • If we make a mistake, we will correct it and acknowledge it
